To autonomously manage a sometimes complex clinical case load and undertake professional duties as a qualified senior physiotherapist, seeking advice where appropriate To maintain an active professional development portfolio and to continue with on-going post-graduate learning. To effectively communicate complex information in both clinical and non-clinical settings To assist in the development of junior staff Key working relationships: Patients and carers Multidisciplinary team members Colleagues and other professionals within acute, primary and tertiary healthcare Voluntary groups and organisations
