Summary
This is an exciting time to join NSFT Secure & Forensic Services as we commit to developing strong clinical leads as part of our nursing strategy. We will facilitate and enable you use your skills providing support and opportunities for career progression whilst supporting an award winning male low secure unit. We have welcomed and embraced working with Quality Improvement methodology. Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust are committed to Quality Improvement (QI) and have paired up with East London Foundation Trust to train and develop our staff in the understating of QI and how to implement this on our wards. We are currently part of several QI collaboratives which have had significant impact on raising standards and improving safety.
