Position Details:
Hourly Pay Rate: £11.44
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Overtime Available: £14.30 per hour for hours over 40/week

Leading provider of recycling services, specializing in the collection, shredding, and disposal of recyclable materials. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join team as Recycling Operative
Job Description:
As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of designated areas within the plant. Duties will include:
Sorting and separating cardboard and paper into the appropriate categories
Keeping the site tidy and maintaining cleanliness
Assisting with additional tasks as requested by the management team
This role offers variety and an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy recycling facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and separating recyclables (cardboard, paper, etc.)
General site maintenance and tidying
Assisting with tasks as directed by management
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Communicative English skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to assist with varied tasks
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
