Interim Maintenance Engineering Manager

My client is in urgent need of an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to support the business on a six-month contract to start ASAP.
You will be working for a successful FMCG business with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that opened last year.
The business is successful and has grown significantly over the last five years.
The role will be 50% management and 50% hands-on.
You will have a small team of four direct reports and must be flexible to work shifts for the first couple of months whilst two new permanent Engineers join the team and get settled in.
They have two shift patterns 6am – 3pm and 1pm – 10pm and the site runs Monday to Friday
All the equipment is operating as it should and they have good processes in place, they need someone who can manage the daily / weekly maintenance schedule, be confidant in managing the team and be hands-on when required.
To apply you must have worked as a Maintenance Engineering Manager within the food sector and ideally worked for a start-up or commissioned a new factory.
