What You'll Do:

As a Care Assistant, you'll be providing vital support to service users in a residential setting. Your responsibilities may include:

Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
Daily Living Support: Making and changing beds, serving meals, and ensuring comfort
Activity Engagement: Encouraging mental and physical stimulation through reading, writing, and social activities
Independence Promotion: Supporting service users to maintain as much independence as possible

What We're Looking For:

Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
Experience: Minimum 6 months of UK care experience within the past 3 years
Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration e.g., SSSC, SCW, NISSC (not applicable in England).
Skills: Knowledge of care equipment and moving & handling
Qualities: Compassion, teamwork, flexibility, and a professional approach
