Experienced Transaction Manager, required for our client's Prestige Vehicle Dealership in Taunton, Somerset
Our client is a Multi-Site Dealership group with a larger presence within the Southwest, specialising in a popular manufacturer, seeking an experienced Transaction Manager. Our client represents a well-respected brand, with great product, a strong market share and a plentiful stock featuring a wide range of vehicles.
This Transaction Manager role would suit experienced Transaction Manager, Sales Controller, Business Manager, or similar role experienced individuals, who are process driven and understand how to run a team along that process.

Duties of a Transaction Manager with our Client:
- Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales on finance & insurance products.
- Implement and manager sales & referral processes.
- Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
- Working with a team of 6 Sales staff to ensure all customers are aware of full product range.
- Strive to provide industry-leading standards of customer care.
- Utilise latest digital tools to provide and all-encompassing sales experience.
- Ensure the team is adhering to all FCA Guidelines.
What our client expects of their Transaction Manager:
- FCA Accreditation is essential.
- Strong F & I ability
- A number of years Motor trade experience
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills
- Confident communication skills
- Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
- Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
- Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
