Summary
Mango Solutions are recruiting a Care Coordinator in a Care Home
Essential Criteria:
● Good understanding of the needs of people who need care and support
● Excellent organisational skills
● Ability to maintain clear and accurate written records
● Understanding of confidentiality in relation to home care services
● Good administrative and IT skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, their families, staff, and other healthcare professionals
● Good geographical knowledge of the local area
● Ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure
● Flexibility and commitment to updating knowledge and skills regularly
● Flexibility in doing care calls along with Coordinating
● Experience in Domiciliary care
● Experience in Care Coordinating in Domiciliary care sector
Salary Scale: £24,000-£25,000 per year
