Set Shifts
We ask our carers to work a combination of shifts, including:

  • Full Shift: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Alternating Weekends

    We offer flexibility in the days you work as we run of a two week rolling rota allowing you to have a rota that suits your other commitments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Hygiene Assistance: Helping with bathing, showering, or sponge baths.
    Toileting: Assisting with bathroom needs, including using the toilet or managing incontinence.
    Dressing and Grooming: Helping with clothing, hair care, shaving, or other grooming needs.
    Mobility Support: Assisting with moving around the house, transferring from bed to wheelchair, or using walking aids.
    Medication Management: Supporting clients with timely medication, either through administration or prompts, depending on their individual needs
    Nutrition: Preparing meals and helping with eating or drinking / giving out prompts.
    Active Listening: Being present and truly listening to the Clients.
    Providing Comfort: Offering reassurance, emotional support, and kindness.
    Social Interaction: Spending quality time through conversations, hobbies, or shared activities to reduce feelings of loneliness for clients.
    Respect and Empathy: Acknowledging the clients struggles and treating them with dignity.

    You must be 18 to apply for this role and it is subject to an enhanced DBS check. You will also be required to provide satisfactory professional and/or character references.

    Must be over 18 with Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
