We're seeking a highly motivated Materials Management Operative to join our dedicated team. In this crucial customer-facing role, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring essential medical supplies reach the right place at the right time, directly impacting patient care.

Sites: Hammersmith, Charing Cross, St Mary’s, Northwick Park, Ealing Hospital, and Central Middlesex Hospital
Hours: Monday – Friday (7.5-hour shifts). Core hours are between 7 am – 5 pm.
Become a key point of contact for internal customers, providing exceptional service and building strong working relationships with ward and service managers, as well as staff across the Trust.
Manage the Trust’s goods inwards and outwards systems, ensuring the efficient delivery of supplies to Wards and Departments.
Assist customers at main stores, verifying deliveries, and meticulously picking and packing supplies based on requisitions.
Proactively review and manage stock levels, anticipating clinical needs and collaborating with the NHS Supply Chain and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
Utilise inventory management systems to scan, order, and store items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain the security of goods during the delivery and storage process.
Resolve delivery errors and supply problems, ensuring the smooth continuation of healthcare services.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Familiarity with inventory management systems (preferred).
