Summary
My client based in Masham is looking for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.
The suitable candidate will have experience of working in a FMCG company and be able to demonstrate a strong background in fault finding and diagnostic work within Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
Ideally the candidate would be time-served, though applicants who have sufficient 'on the job training' would also be considered.
Duties of the role include:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults on a range of equipment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team to troubleshoot complex issues
- Document maintenance activities and report on key metrics
- Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain industry knowledge
- Support new installations and project work as required
Salary: £32-£34k depending on experience
Shifts: Days - 6am-2pm / 10am-6pm
Role: Immediate start for the right candidate
