Summary
CAR PARTS DIRECT LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead the operations of our warehouse and online eBay store, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality vehicle parts and accessories. As we continue to grow, we need a dedicated professional to ensure the efficient processing of orders, precise inventory, and timely dispatch of products. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in optimizing logistics, enhancing productivity, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding order delivery deadlines.
Main duties include:
• Maintaining stock records, performing regular audits, and ensuring effective space utilization in our storage yard.
• Managing logistics with couriers and freight partners, coordinating timely shipments, and returns efficiently to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Implementing best practices for warehouse operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Providing regular reports to management on inventory levels, order statuses, and overall performance.
Education:
• Proven experience in warehouse management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a warehouse environment.
