Summary
The post will be to work within our learning disabilities and dementia pathway alongside a psychologist and the multi-disciplinary team: conducting neuropsychological assessments and writing subsequent professional reports, providing dementia training to staff teams, working with carers to support someone with dementia and supporting with the reviewing of individuals with dementia.
