Summary
Manage the nursing team when acting as the most senior nurse on duty. Assess patients needs and make appropriate plans for care, implement care plans and evaluating effectiveness. Effectively manage the patients journey through admission treatment and discharge Contribute to own development and the development of others, working in accordance with the ward philosophy for rehabilitation, and NMC Code.
