Are you an experienced housekeeping professional with a passion for leading and developing a high-performing team?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced lead Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our high end serviced
Hotel located alongside the River Thames within the famous Craven Cottage.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, particularly within the hotel sector, and will be responsible
for ensuring that all housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent leadership skills, great
communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

The successful candidate would report into the Venue presentation Manager.

Tasks

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Housekeeper to lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing a team while ensuring that our standards of
cleanliness and hospitality are met consistently.

* Cleaning and maintenance: Professionally clean and maintain properties using company-prescribed cleaning procedures, products,
and equipment. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Furniture and laundry: Move reasonably portable furniture to clean underneath and behind, and assist with laundry as needed.
* Inventory and supplies: Replenish consumable items such as toiletries and paper products to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Property inspection: Identify and report damages, review standards of the team and notify management of any concerns.
* Guest experience: Ensure areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, helping create a positive guest experience.
* Additional tasks: Attend mandatory meetings, adhere to housekeeping metrics, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure proper cleaning techniques and procedures are followed.
* Oversee the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
* Manage inventory and ensure the proper stock of cleaning supplies and linen.
* Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are upheld.
* Assist with managing housekeeping staff alongside the venue presentation manager.
* Address guest requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
* Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments.
