Summary
Are you a dedicated pharmacist with a passion for patient care? We're looking for someone to join our Pharmacy Services team and maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical services. As a Pharmacist, you will support the Lead Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective delivery of services, including screening and clinically checking prescriptions, mastering all therapies and medications, and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical advice and leadership, verifying prescriptions per GPhC guidelines, and offering timely advice to medical and nursing staff. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with other departments and maintaining an organized facility, training colleagues, and contributing to business projects. Onboarding and Training: Assist with new business, develop prescription templates, and provide operational and clinical training. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure SOPs and regulatory standards are met, participate in audits, and maintain GMP and MHRA compliance.
