We seek a pharmacist to support the Lead Pharmacist in delivering safe, effective, and efficient care. Responsibilities include screening and clinically checking prescriptions, developing expertise in therapies and medications, and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize productivity. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Provide advice and clinical leadership for patient care, verifying prescriptions per GPhC guidelines. Offer timely expert advice to medical and nursing staff, ensuring high standards. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with external departments for efficient care, help maintain organization, and contribute to business projects and Key Value Drivers. Onboarding and Training: Assist in onboarding new business/patients, develop prescription templates, and create training materials. Provide operational and clinical training to ensure team readiness. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure SOP compliance and adherence to regulatory bodies like RPSGB and GPhC. Participate in audits to ensure GMP and MHRA compliance.
