Summary

Do you have experience in cold calling within insurance, specifically comemrcial lines, appointment setting, and lead generation? Do you want to join a brokerage that offers career progression and real earning potential? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to support a growing team of Commercial Insurance Executives by helping generate new business opportunities.

Your role will include:

-      Identifying and contacting potential clients via phone and email.
-      Booking high-quality appointments for our execs to follow up.
-      Educating prospects about who we are and the value we bring.
-      Working closely with execs to build a strong pipeline of leads.


What we’re looking for:

-      Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation within commercial insurance.
-      Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to decision-makers.
-      Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude.
-      Experience in commercial insurance or financial services is a bonus, but not essential.
