We are looking for an ambitious Reservations Supervior who will support our Revenue and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and maintaining rates across reservation systems.
Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues in PMS and other platforms.
Support sales and revenue teams with new hotel system setups.
Manage OTA channel connections, GDS rate linking, and booking engine updates.
Conduct rate audits and maintain hotel content across platforms.
Prepare reports, training materials, and assist with RFPs.
Provide exceptional support to internal teams and hotel partners.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the hotel industry, preferably in reservations or revenue management.
Knowledge of PMS, Channel Management systems, and GDS.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; additional tech skills are a plus.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and a great team player.
Fluency in a second language are desirable.
