We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Vocational Learning Coach in Games Design to join our Digital department. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring Specialist Additional Learning Support in the Curriculum Area, having an input into planning and preparing for lessons and assisting individuals or a group of learners during their attendance at college.



What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Vocational Learning Coach in Games Design you will:

· Delivering and managing high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in the Games Design sector.

· Provide hands-on and theoretical instruction in specific areas, e.g., Digital, Games Design.

· Support students' academic and personal growth, helping them achieve their full potential.

· Develop and implement lesson plans that connect classroom learning to real-world applications.

· Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and address the needs of all students.

· Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing guidance and tailored support.



What We’re Looking For:

We seek candidates who:

· Hold an appropriate Level 2 qualification or equivalent, in supporting students with learning difficulties/care or the commitment to complete within an agreed timescale.

· Are qualified teachers; or are willing to work towards the qualification*

· Have current knowledge and experience in teaching Game Design.

· Demonstrate effective classroom management, excellent time management, and strong communication skills.

· Are proficient in preparing teaching materials using Information Learning Technology.
