Hours: 00:00am-08:00am Wednesday and Thursday every week - 16 HOURS PER WEEK

Type: Ongoing Temporary contract
Salary: £15.04ph umbrella rate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an out of hours Call Centre Operator to join our team and assist social housing clients in booking appointments. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive prompt and accurate assistance in securing appointments for social housing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls from social housing clients seeking to book appointments for social housing repairs
• Provide professional and empathetic customer service w
• Use internal systems to accurately record and update client information, appointment details, and relevant all relevant notes. Ensure notes are detailed for the following morning.
• Assess client needs and determine the appropriate appointment type and availability.
• Liaise with engineers and operatives. Scheduling appointments
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies to safeguard client information.

You must have expereince in a call centre enviornment and ideally have experience working out of hours.
