Summary

Create a warm, welcoming, caring environment in which the children can explore and safely develop their understanding of the world.
• Undertake activities within the room needed to care for the children in line with the activities of a Nursery Nurse.
• Ensure the standards set for operational excellence (cleanliness, care, education) are achieved or exceeded on an basis.
• To develop and manage a team of people who create a warm, welcoming, caring environment in which the children can explore and safely develop their understanding of the world.
• Take accountability for your own performance and responsibility for your teams.
• Ensure everyone makes a fair and equal contribution to the success of the care room including team members from other rooms as appropriate.
