Crynodeb
Provide clinical leadership to the Ageing Well and Palliative and end of life care programmes, ensuring alignment with the ICSs eight ambitions, the Joint Forward Plan (JFP), and the Fuller Stocktake recommendations. Work collaboratively with place Stewards to integrate Ageing Well and Compassionate Care strategies with local health inequalities plans and other place- level initiatives. Represent Ageing Well and Palliative and End of life Care at ICS governance meetings and decision-making forums, ensuring these priorities are reflected in system-wide planning.
