The post holder will support the delivery of the ambitions set out in Alongside Communities our approach to engagement and inclusion. The post holder will do this as outlined below: The post holder will assist in the creation, and the delivery of, the Community Engagement and patient experience Communications Plan using a range of communication channels to encourage two-way dialogue including production of a regular newsletter. The post holder will be expected to build relationships with local communities and identify inspiring and appropriate approaches for communicating with our communities. The post Holder will support the management of our Community Partner database. The post holder will bring a diversity and inclusion and community engagement perspective to the communications team. Ability to work closely with different teams and to ensure that communications developed are aligned with the teams principles. The post holder will support the team in developing communications including creating content such as posters, editing and proofreading. The post holder will work with the project leads to deliver different projects. The role will involve some evening and weekend work.
