Summary
Provide clinical leadership for the development, delivery, and review of the Cardiovascular, Renal & Diabetes programmes, ensuring alignment with the ICSs eight ambitions, the Joint Forward Plan (JFP), and the Fuller Stocktake recommendations. Work collaboratively with place Stewards to integrate improvements to cardiovascular, renal, and diabetes care and prevention, with local health inequalities plans and other place-level initiatives. Represent cardiovascular, renal, and diabetes care at ICS governance meetings and decision-making forums, ensuring these priorities are reflected in system-wide planning.
