Summary
**Job: Cold Rolling Mill Setter**
**Location: West Bromwich**
**Working Hours**
* **Shift Pattern** : 39 hours per week, on a 2-week rotating shift pattern.
* **Week 1** : Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 2 pm; Friday, 6 am - 1 pm.
* **Week 2** : Monday - Thursday, 2 pm - 10 pm; Friday, 1 pm - 8 pm.
**Pay Rate** : £12.50 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus a 22% shift allowance for day shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**
* **Set and Operate Equipment** : Set up and operate cold roll forming equipment, presses, and ancillary machinery.
* **Production Efficiency** : Maintain production targets and report any challenges or issues that may arise.
* **Quality Assurance** : Ensure all parts meet specified quality standards and conduct quality checks as required.
* **Record Keeping** : Keep accurate production and quality records.
* **5S Compliance** : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
* **Continuous Improvement** : Actively participate in processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
* **Health & Safety** : Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety in the workplace.
**What You Bring**
* **Experience** : At least 5 years of experience setting and operating cold roll forming equipment.
* **Skills** : Strong understanding of cold roll forming and manufacturing processes.
* **Team Player** : Ability to collaborate effectively in a team while also working independently when needed.
