Summary

These are fixed term contracts until the 31st March 2026
Any internal YatH probation region applicants must have the permission from their Head to apply for this temporary position. Successful YatH Probation applicants will be treated as temporarily ‘loaned’ from their substantive role - and will return to their role at the end of the period.
Additional task list to go alongside JD please: IOM Support Worker
· Based on Senior Administrative Officer role with IOM-specific responsibilities.
· Support Probation Practitioners to react swiftly to non-compliance / breaches by undertaking enforcement administration where required.
· Provide support to IOM meetings e.g. organising agenda, taking and distributing notes / minutes and action points.
· Undertake specific ViSOR administration tasks in accordance with the procedures.
· Review information available in Police Systems - access required to assist the IOM team with daily tasking.
· Maintain database, files and records in accordance with required standards.
Be an expert on IOM performance expectations and advise partners and staff accordingly
· Attend performance meetings for your cluster, take minutes and track actions
· Monitor the appointments data and send reminders to your cluster
· Support the collection of appt data from partners, particularly police and substance misuse teams and record appropriately on NDelius
· Attend all regional IOM meetings and take minutes on a rota basis
· Liaise with police analysts/researcher/ IOM coordinators if in post in your cluster to build working relationships and work together on relevant actions
· Support the maintenance of the cohort- update flags and check that all cases are allocated to correct cohorts on ND
· Support in case audits where needed
· Support the collation of exit questionnaires upon deselection
· Attend and take minutes for all IOM MACC/MAP meetings in your cluster. Action admin actions such as de-registrations from the cohort.
· Design and implement new procedures to improve info sharing with partners
· Liaise with EMS team to track performance.
