Summary


University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust and Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are part of the largest digital health and social care transformation programme in the world. With investment of more than £1 billion pounds a year nationally and a significant additional spend locally, this programme of work has
been created to give staff and citizens the technology they need.

Due to this brand-new Innovation programme, we are looking for a number of Project Managers to lead this Digital transformation, which will support health and social care in Derbyshire.

Working under the direction of the EPR Programme Manager and alongside other Senior Project Managers, Clinical, Admin, and Technical teams; you will lead and work with clinical and non-clinical workstreams to ensure UHDB and CRH joint care pathways are agreed and adopted for the implementation of the new EPR.

This role will cover 6 sites:
• Chesterfield Royal Hospital (CRH)
• Royal Derby Hospital (RDH)
• Queen’s Hospital Burton (QHB)
• Florence Nightingale Community Hospital (FNCH)
• Samuel Johnson Community Hospital (SJCH)
• Sir Robert Peel Community Hospital (SRPCH)

Hybrid working option will be available as per the need of work.

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly created team that focuses on articulating the impact of this exciting new programme of work.

The role will manage resources and work with external Stakeholders and project team members to ensure that the necessary infrastructure, processes, skills and resources are available to support all Data Migration activities.

The EPR implementation forms an integral part of an innovative and exciting Clinical Transformation programme that will be enabled by a comprehensive Digital experience, incorporating a wide range of EPR functionality required to deliver excellent patient care.
