Summary
Key Responsibilities
► Support the Production Manager in conforming with Health and safety, Product Safety, Product Quality, and Environmental procedures, and the production of LDPE post-consumer granules to the required customer specification.
► Supports team members to meet the requirements production output and operational efficiencies.
► Develops both individual and team objectives.
► Helps to Develop teams’ flexibility across the production department.
► Completion of duties in a safe and responsible manner and in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, making recommendations for improvement through Health & Safety meetings as appropriate.
► Promptly notifies the Production Manager if the product is out of specification, or there are doubts around final/end use performance or product safety.
► Running of the Erema pelletizing machinery, full training will be provided.
► Completion of ad-hoc duties to meet the needs of the business subject to the appropriate training.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience (Desirable)
► Three years proven experience in a shift working experience in a plastics manufacturing/recycling environment (or similar).
► Product Safety, Hygiene, and environmental awareness training.
► RITIB FLT License, (Essential)
