The Perinatal Mental Health Service is a specialist service providing inpatient, and community treatment for mothers’ who experience mental health problems during pregnancy or following the birth of their baby. Chamomile Suite is a purpose built 10 bedded inpatient unit offering conjoint admission for mothers and their babies.

We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated mental health nurse for our inpatient service. Applicants should be passionate about delivering a high level of individualised inpatient care, have excellent leadership skills and should have a genuine interest in perinatal mental health.

Candidates should be an experienced mental health nurse, in addition to this experience within Perinatal or Female Acute Inpatients would be desirable.

Care is provided over a 24 hour period and all team members work rotational shift patterns including days, nights and weekend.
