The Head of Relocation Services is a leadership role, fully accountable for the operations within their geographical area. This leadership role provides the right role guidance, direction and coaching to ensure their team delivers a sector-leading service in operations and a continuously improving experience for customers to ensure we are the leading corporate and life sciences relocations business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for all operational delivery - areas of accountability include but are not limited to safety & compliance, premises and fleet, project & move management, customer satisfaction, people
- Able to provide strong financial delivery through budgetary / P&L management
- Accountable for leading the teams engagingly, creating an environment where they are at their best and are empowered to deliver the right outcomes for their customers
- Lead the team in a customer-focused way, where every decision and action continuously improves the customer experience
- Build trusted collaborative relationships with other senior managers/leaders within the Restore group
- Lead the solution design process to maximise outcomes in terms of savings, efficiency, and risk mitigation

- Strong commercial awareness and management of P&L responsibilities
- Focused on outcomes and delivering the right thing for the customer and the business
- Have experience of large volume, warehouse and operations, relocations/diary management experience is desirable
- B2B experience is essential
- Hold a Transport Managers CPC licence or be prepared to achieve soon after commencement of the role
