Summary

Established in Somerset in 1971, Mulberry has grown to be the largest maker of luxury leather goods in the United Kingdom. With a contemporary take on British heritage and a focus on responsible craft, our ambition is to create progressive luxury.

Sustainability has been part of the Mulberry ethos since the brand's inception, in recognition of our purpose-driven approach, in 2024 we proudly achieved B Corp Certification.

Today, we are a global brand, but our values remain the same; we are committed to improving our impact on people and the planet. If these are values you share, we would love you to join our team.

Following the success of our apprentice training programme which started in 2006, Mulberry is again looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed apprentices. Apprentices will learn and understand the end-to-end process of how leather is produced and the manufacturing processes required to produce our luxury handbags whilst studying with Bridgwater College once a week.

The scheme will provide opportunities to explore the wider business, creating an understanding of how the supply chain is connected to other departments at Mulberry. Apprentices will also develop and refine their practical skills in areas like stitching, inking and cutting, to be able to construct a whole product from beginning to end! Upon successful completion of the 15 month programme, candidates will be awarded an industry recognised Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard as a Leather Craftsperson and will attend a graduation day at our London Head Office.
