Summary
We are a small, Top Fruit Farm in Kent, looking to employ Casual Harvest Workers between August and October to pick Apples and Pears.
The specification of fruit picked will vary from picking into market boxes to bins and different levels of size, colour and quantity will be required.
Orchard training and supervision will be carried out to ensure specifications are understood. The work will be varied and sometimes carried out in small groups as well as individually.
In good weather, we usually have 5 days work per week. During our peak season, work may increase to 6 days per week. Weather dependant, we can work up to 8 hours per day. Any Saturday work is usually up to 6 hours, however voluntary overtime may be offered.
