HR System Specialist / Engineer
Hybrid approach in St Albans
Salary : up to £50,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading and globally renound organisation that are going through a period of growth off the back of a large digital transformation!
Currently expanding their UK presence, this role would play a critical part in their Workday integration moving forwards.
Part of a high-performing, cloud-native and agile team, you'd be responsible for building integration's between Workday and other Business Applications as well as acting as a point of escalation for HR system issues
Key Responsibilities :
* To develop inbound and outbound integration's between the main HR system and other Business's Systems (Payroll, Workforce Management etc)
* Design, build, test and deploy integration solutions with Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, Workday Studio etc
* Participate in proof-of-concepts, demos and post deployment support
* Translate wider business requirements into system solutions
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good HR System experience that is looking to progress their career in a sort after specialist role!
Ideally you'll have experience with Workday; however, we're just looking for someone who has hands on technical experience with an enterprise level HR system that is enthusiastic to progress in this space!
This is a hybrid role so you must be a commutable distance from St Albans, we're also not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
