Salary: £19.00 - £21.00 per hour
We are looking for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all types of plastering repairs, alongside additional trades such as tiling and decorating, ensuring high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and planned works in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all work is completed to health and safety standards and complies with regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives
- Using a PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (preferred)
