Role Overview:
As an Asset Management Surveyor, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing a diverse property portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive asset surveys and evaluations
  • Developing and implementing effective asset management strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Providing expert advice on property maintenance and improvements
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to maximise asset value

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification
