If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client's dynamic team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient running of assembly, pick-pack, and dispatch activities.

As the Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for:

Warehouse Operations: Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, assembly, pick-pack, and dispatch, ensuring efficient workflows and meeting customer shipping expectations.

Team Leadership: Provide training, mentorship, and scheduling for staff to ensure a safe, productive, and well-organised work environment, with a focus on effective conflict resolution.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, implement waste-reduction strategies, and optimise storage processes.

✅ Quality and Compliance: Ensure goods meet high-quality standards, uphold safety protocols, and maintain regulatory compliance through ongoing training and regular reviews.

Vendor and Client Coordination: Manage consignments, resolve discrepancies, and handle returns, ensuring professional communication with vendors and clients.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in change management and barcode implementation.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and order processing.
  • ⏳ Flexibility with duties and working hours during peak periods.

Qualifications:

  • Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location of the role.
