Summary
Understand the impact that service failures can have on care and those delivering it Treat all co-workers with respect and value differences and diversity Communicating with both internal and external personnel up to board/executive level. Uses influence & persuasion skills to secure agreement/co-operation Communicate highly complex technical information, tailoring the approach to suit the audience Identify priorities for system design, development and operation Work effectively with EPR programme stakeholders to ensure programme delivery and benefits realisation Establish effective communication within and between teams, reinforced by timely and professional documentation Ensure effective scheduling and deployment of resources Plan non-BAU activities such as project work effectively using established principles such as PRINCE Refine and develop policies relevant to your functional area, with input from other stakeholders where appropriate (e.g. Information Governance) Take responsibility for delivering services to contractual SLAs
