Equal Education Partners is currently seeking a Supply School Caretaker to work at a Primary School in Swansea. This is an opportunity to support the school by maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for students and staff. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the school, including classrooms, hallways, staff areas, and outdoor spaces.
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs to keep the school in top condition.
Set up and clear areas for school events, assemblies, and activities.
Ensure all school facilities are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Assist with the school’s heating, lighting, and security systems.
Support the general upkeep of the school grounds, including gardening and outdoor maintenance tasks.
Work as part of a team with school staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role (experience in schools is a plus, but not essential).
A practical, hands-on approach to work with a strong attention to detail.
Good knowledge of health and safety practices, particularly in a school setting.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative.
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
