Summary
What you will enjoy doing
This is an exciting opportunity to work with and support our Global Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) team
You will be supporting the data collection processes for our monthly and annual Environmental Key Performance Indicators and working on efficiency improvements
Creating clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate sustainability metrics and trends effectively in reports and presentations
In addition, you will be reviewing sustainability questionnaires and responding effectively
Responding to sustainability assurance audits
You will be developing training materials and audit question sets to support internal environmental management standards
Reviewing and following up on Global environmental incident reports, to understand and share learnings
Furthermore, you will be supporting the team with any ad-hoc requests
What makes you great
You are pursuing or hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either Environmental Science, Engineering, or any other relevant degrees
In addition, you have excellent communication skills, including in written and verbal communication
You will have good analytical skills and be proficient in the use of Excel
Lastly, please note this internship will be on a fixed term basis of up to 6 months starting in early 2025, with interviews to be scheduled in March and contract length and start date will be agreed with the successful candidate - The role will be based full time from our Woking office, however hybrid and flexible working options will also be considered
