Summary
Cambridge IVF is not just another fertility clinic. We are an assisted conception unit, backed by some of the world's most advanced medical research and offering a unique journey for each family in our care.
We are looking for a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to join our administration team. The role provides an exciting opportunity to assist in and play a key part within our team. You must be able to work both independently and within a team, liaise with patients and staff at all levels in a confident manner and be willing to learn.
The post holder will provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the Cambridge IVF team offering support to the Nursing, Medical, Embryology and Andrology teams.
You will work as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure the effective running of the service including call handling, appointments and follow-ups, collecting and analysing data, etc. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work well under pressure, be organised and has excellent communication skills.
