About the Role:
In this role, you will provide engaging, accessible tuition to children with hearing impairments, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive academically. Your expertise in BSL will be key to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students can build their confidence and excel in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised BSL tutoring sessions to children with hearing impairments.
- Assist with subjects such as Maths or English by adapting lessons for accessible learning.
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that address individual needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance support strategies for students.

Requirements:
- Valid BSL certification.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
- Minimum 1 year of experience assisting children with hearing impairments.

Desired Qualifications:
- PGCE in Maths or English and/or QTS.
- Experience tutoring Maths or English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive education.
