Summary

Customer Service Officer needed in Shepton Mallet

The rate is £15.17ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: RQ1470124

The successful candidate will cover face to face customer contact with telephony and online digital support. The Customer Service team provide first point of contact to effortlessly provide quality advice, guidance and support to every customer with an increased digital focus towards helping customers self-serve using online solutions.

They will be providing ‘Front door’ support, meaning you will be the first point of contact for customers needing advice and assistance.
