We’re looking to recruit to a brand-new role in the transformation team to support our commitment to engage and invest in our people and strengthen change readiness. You will design and deliver initiatives to support change, learning, leadership and culture. You will be a key player in the delivery of our ambition for our people through a journey of grow connect and empower.



About you



You will have experience of facilitating and delivering organisational development and change initiatives and are able to communicate and build good working relationships with people across all types of roles and responsibilities. You will be committed to our values of learning, empathy, ambition and fairness and understand how these are demonstrated in yours and others work. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday – Friday, and we’re happy to consider flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
