THE ROLE
As an Operations Agent your role will involve:
Answering and returning telephone calls promptly
Responding to queries via a ticketing system and phone calls
Implementing new products/services for client
Liaising with third-party service providers effectively
Maintaining accurate CRM record
Managing project work within set deadline
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Operations Agent will be:
Proficient in Excel with strong IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Customer service experience
Ability to meet deadlines and targets
Clear and confident phone manner
