Summary
The post holder will support the Head of Site Operations and the Site Senior Lead in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives. A key component of this is supporting the site and staff in meeting relevant access standards. The post holder supports all staff working out of hours to ensure the safe and effective use of resources to provide quality patient care. The role works autonomously, with the support of on call senior managers and directors to ensure timely escalation and action on all issues to provide maintenance of acute services.
