Gwybodaeth ychwanegol am y cyflog: | The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role. A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to between approx. £17.68 - £17.96. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods |

Our hardworking and friendly teams are looking to recruit more likeminded people to make a difference to our Service User’s lives. Enabling them to access the personalised support they need to live independently in their own homes and access their local communities.
Our Teams promote independence, build life skills and support our Service User’s in their interests and hobbies. This could be a trip to the Zoo, an evening of live entertainment, boating in the Lakes, or supporting football teams.
Depending on the Service user, the level of support needed may vary per person. Responsibilities may include supporting with medication, personal care, nutrition, hydration, Community engagement and emotional care.
We will help and support you with fully paid training and development - we are looking for the right people with the right qualities.
