Temporary Shot Blaster - Richmond
We are currently seeking an experienced Shot Blaster to join a refurbishment project in Richmond on a temporary basis. This role involves shot blasting steel components to prepare them for repainting and refinishing.
Job Details:- Location: Richmond
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Temporary contract
- Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience
- Hours: Full-time, with potential overtime available
- Project: Working on a refurbishment job, preparing steel surfaces by removing rust, paint, and other contaminants using shot blasting techniques
- Operate shot blasting equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare steel surfaces for coating and painting
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Previous experience in shot blasting (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work
