We are looking for talented Technical Architect to join a dynamic digital consultancy.

You will be supporting a high-impact programme of work.

Leading the designing and execution of innovative omnichannel solutions that create seamless, integrated customer experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable architectures, focusing on high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, omnichannel architectures across web, mobile, APIs, messaging, and in-store systems.

Spearhead the integration of customer engagement platforms, CRM systems, chatbots, and voice assistants into a unified omnichannel experience.

Ensure alignment of architectural solutions with broader enterprise digital transformation strategies.

Provide leadership in cloud-native, microservices-based architecture, leveraging Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.

Promote best practices in API management, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing.

Champion security, performance, and compliance standards, incorporating principles like OWASP Top 10 and GDPR.

Work closely with development teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Stay at the forefront of industry trends, exploring and evaluating emerging technologies for potential integration.

Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on omnichannel solutions, customer experience platforms, or digital transformation.

Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, API management, and event-driven systems.

Hands-on experience integrating diverse channels, including web, mobile, messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, chatbots), and voice (IVR, AI assistants).

Deep knowledge of headless CMS, eCommerce, and CRM platforms.

Solid understanding of security best practices, including OAuth, SSO, and OWASP Top 10.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation).
