Summary
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company in their search for an HGV Technician to work from their Prees based facility.
For the successful HGV Technician, our client is offering:
• Up to £20 per hour - Depending on experience
• Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm
• Temporary - Permanent role
• Immediate interview / start for the right candidate
The role - HGV Technician:
• Maintaining a fleet of HGV’s Trailers
• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles and trailers to VOSA standard
• Prepping trailers for MOT's
• PDI's & PMI's of Trailers
• This role is solely working on Trailers
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
• Ordering of parts
• Working as the only "Mechanic" on site
What our client is looking for in an HGV Technician:
• Technical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician) or proven experience repairing & maintaining vehicles - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible working attitude
• Strong Mechanical based skills
