We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our team and make an essential contribution to the GALLANT research programme. The University of Glasgow, in partnership with Glasgow City Council, are engaged in a £10.5 million research programme: GALLANT - Glasgow as a Living Lab Accelerating Novel Transformation, which is funded by UKRI NERC as part of their Changing the Environment strategic investment. University researchers across a wide range of disciplines, from environmental sciences, arts and humanities, through social sciences, to public health, chemistry, engineering, biodiversity and more, are working with public, private and third sector partners to help the city move towards climate resilience whilst tackling health, social and economic inequalities.

The successful candidate will be responsible, in support of the GALLANT Programme Manager and Principal Investigators (PI/Co-PIs), for proactively managing the day-to-day administration of GALLANT, to ensure delivery of an efficient and effective programme, underpinned by a continuous improvement culture.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and has funding available until 30th January 2027 in the first instance.
